What should I clean golf clubs with?

I usually just get a rag wet with water but is there anything else that I could use? I heard the windex helps. Is this true?

I agree with staffing. On the course, keep a wet towel and clean the irons after the shot. Keeps the grooves clean. Also, on the course, you can use a tee to clean each of the grooves on an iron to get dirt or grass out. Especially want to clean your iron after a bunker shot to get the sand out of the grooves.
Good Luck
